Arches paper is excellent watercolour paper to use, it is my favourite :-) i wish i could paint flowers like you do, this is another excellent example you have painted :-) looks good enough to pick up off the paper :-)

Yes it really works and I agree with Rebecca - Arches paper is the best I have found to date. You have set my fingers itching to try a parrot tulip!

I really like frilly tulips and I really like purple/black tulips. I really like this painting Glennis! It is beautifully painted and you have really achieved the frilly look of the petals. Well done.
