The Hon John Hill, Minister for Health, South Australia. This portrait was started as part of the demonstration sessions during the Royal South Australian Society of Arts hosting of the Doug Moran National Portrait Prize Finalists' Exhibition. I started the painting with sketches in watercolour from life and then changed to oil on canvas later.
