I recognised this immediately.....I’ve stood on that bridge and gazed towards the sea many times. Did you go on the Cliff Railway? Lovely painting and great colours.

Grand work Georgina, I think I have a photo of this very scene that I took years ago. I’ve always wanted to have a go at it but the clutter of boats and other bits and pieces put me off attempting it. You seem to have a knack of simplifying without losing the essence, or atmosphere of the subject you’re painting, which isn’t easy to master.
