Thank Youfor your kind comment Sandra.

This stood out in the gallery. It's beautifully painted George. What an inviting scene.

Many thanks Diane

There is a Crime Lake in Oldham, named after a dastardly murder of a woman who had got off a stage coach nearby. We think such things are recent events, perhaps they were much rarer then and worthy of naming a like after them. The lake is quite a lovely place.

Very interesting Stephen, I like your story. Close to where I now live in Mid Wales there is a story told of a young man who always wore a coat with real gold or silver buttons. The story goes that he was murdered, his buttons stolen and his body disposed of in a small but deep pond. Some years ago when clearing the pond Human bones of a complete skeleton were found. Spooky!
