A super watercolour George, you have a gift with greens....I’m terrified of them!

Lovely range of greens, George, and the birds are a nice touch, they always add life to a painting.

Many thanks to you all your comments are always appreciated. Fiona my greens always start with Ivory Black and Lemon Yellow and are then adjusted by adding cool or warm colours to suit.

Thank you for the information George, you make it sound so simple! Ha ha. I think I have used Payne’s grey and lemon yellow in the past.

Thanks Gillian, Constable used Black and Lemon yellow (or something like lemon yellow) for his tree foliage so if it's good enough for him.............
