Many thanks Denise, this is the river Tiegn at Fingle Bridge, I had been commisioned to do a painting of a castle way up in the woods which I could find nothing about to inspire me, so I spent a long time finding other subjects to paint which I did fairly successfully, so all was not lost.

Love your style here George. You are a master of the acrylics!

This is so fresh and full of life George. It is so difficult to achieve that level of the light airiness of spring. I discovered this in a feeble attempt of a painting of spring , just recently.
