Green Road White Castle by George Cutter

Green Road, White castle
Comments

This green road is part of walk connecting three castles in Wales.

Green is so difficult to get right, at least I find it so, but you have rendered it so well in this scene. The sheep have been skilfully simplified. Well done.

Beautiful colours, love it !

Love those strong greens and those trees and hedgerows are mighty good too

It’s an excellent landscape George , again your handling of the greens is skilfully done.

This is really good George, great colours.

Love the colours

Thank you all very much.

Such tender beauty.

Thank You very much Diane

Lovely marks George.

Many thanks Willie

I shall think of you now George as "the Green Man" ( from your folklore). You have a wonderful way with greens.

Good work as ever, George!

Many thanks Sandra and Cesare. You have reminded me Sandra, a long time ago I did a 14" square relief woodcarving of a Green Man and I can't think what happened to it.

The angle of the hedge row makes for an exciting composition, just love the fresh greens too!

Many thanks Jane.
