Super painting - love the restraint and the way you have drawn the viewers eyes to different sections of the painting using tone and bold colour on those, like the dark trees and red rimmed boat.

This is our lake partly frozen and fishing boat waiting for better weather. Picture taken yesterday and painted today. It was the pink distant hill that inspired this.
