This is an old watercolour I found on the back of one of my old watercolours. I copied it from a newspaper photo. Nothing has changed much, still turmoil!

Fred Elwell

Born In South London now living in Hampshire. A self taught artist although I did attend evening classes at The City and Guilds of London School of Art. As they didn't teach painting in artificial light I had to be content with life drawing two evenings a week. I also did all day on Sundays but…
