It's so well observed! I think that I can even see WH Smiths! It's a very interesting picture, so full of life and I love it.

Thank you Yu and Louise, I do find it difficult to paint very small writing but I suppose suggestion is acceptable.

Fred, I meant that it was interesting to see the shop. I didn't mean that your writing wasn't clear. I feel that an artist should suggest things like this and not write in perfect letters. That's the beauty of the work! It's just nice to see it faintly in the background. It makes me feel that I'm actually there! You've got it absolutely right.

I love the sharpness of the images in this painting. Also think the bright colours add so much to the scene. Really well observed and painted.
