Works very well Stuart. Lovely.

Sometimes you look at a painting in the gallery and think do I like this enough to give it a like or a comment? Then you come to your senses and think, well if I could paint a picture like that I would be well pleased. This has a great sense of dusk, though, to my mind, rather a lot of yellow lights and reflections. Even so, I do like it, and I am envious and wish I could do half so well.

Yes, I know what you mean Tony, and I possibly did rather overdo the lights, but once they are in it is hard to remove them. Funnily enough the area does really light up at night..

I set this painting at dusk based upon a 4 year old holiday snap. I had no intention of producing an exact copy, just an impression based loosely around my Warfleet Creek photograph, so aplogies to any residents.
