You may be surprised that this work (even at the unfinished state) is all using Oil paints, diluted with Artisan thinner and Painting medium (like stand oil), effects like watercolour & acylics, but does not dry for days!... http://www.winsornewton.com/uk/shop/oil-colour/artisan-water-mixable-oil-colour?colourid=094376896046

Drawn with PITT pens with Water Soluble Oils...new project underway 'Returning' (only at oil sketch stage, on marine ply, Gesso primed?)...... 'waiting for the fishermen'.
