Thank you, yes rockery stones. This is a pastel I did a while ago the violets grow in the rockery and between paving stones every year also an abundance of white violets too they grow easily into the surrounding grass.

I like the looseness of the rocks which shows off the vibrant violets Carole. Is there a medium you can't use ? :)
