Bravo Carole! I have to say I still can't use all the features but enough to produce something. This is great for a first go and not amateurish at all! Did you use a stylus - I got one after first using fingers to draw, it's a bonus. Looking forward to some wacky pics now!

Hi marjorie, thanks for your vote of confidence:) and the idea to get the app! I have a 'pen' stylus I use on ipad and it works for this app. I did use a finger for some of it. Really enjoying this as you don't draw first just dive in with colour and no faffing around with paints when you don't feel like it!

Lovely work Carole and very clever of you

OOh thanks Dennis, I'm quite dim really! ;)))

A very nice and commendable piece of work Carole, but have to say I prefer your traditional work. It's much more pleasing to the eye!!! Sorry if this sounds negative, it's not meant to be, I suppose that it's just me being a silly old sentimental- traditionalist. What ever one of them is!!!

Oh well done Carole! It's a superb first attempt and I look forward to seeing more.

Nice to see a few ipad paintings in the gallery at the moment. It's not easy to master these apps but they're fun to use when you do and you've done a brilliant job with these app(les). Lol!

Thanks very much all. This is fun to use when you are just sat watching boring tv! I agree not as satisfying as traditional painting Michael but it's something a bit different, I like a new toy😉 So thanks Marjorie.

Excellent work Carole . Will have to give it a go myself :)

Very good Carole! The apples look delicious! I've downloaded the pastel app too and it's great fun.

Thanks Dermot and Satu, yes give it a go well worth it!

it's no use, I'm just going to have to get an i pad with some of these art apps :) Lovely glow on the apples Carole.

Lovely work Carole, New they were Bramleys as I usually make my own Bramley Apple Sauce :-)

I think you've done superbly, Carole! Love the fresh, clean hues and the glowing luminescence of the piece.

Thanks to Marjorie Firth I got the pastel app on my iPad after a couple of disasters and trying to work it out I did this. Very amateur but proud of it as my technology is not great!
