Delphinium

This is really beautiful Carole. One of my favourite flowers which unfortunately don't like our soil or the slugs!!! It's so delicate and translucid, the frame is lovely too.

I agree with Avril, this is beautiful, Carole, such a glorious blue with all its tints and hues.

I think I like this one even more than the clematis and I thought that was lovely. I particularly like the background flowers on this one.

Thank you all for your kind comments. I painted this quite roughly, with no drawing. It turned out ok, so I framed it.

It looks simple but it's very effective, another bedroom wall picture.
