Ps. this clematis is one my daughter bought me one Mother's Day it's called 'Laurensturn' or something similar. gorgeous colour.

Hello Carole, nearly right I think it is Clematis Lasurstern. I mentioned previously it is one of my favourite flowers. I have over forty species in my garden. Three times I have studied your painting. It is gorgeous.

Thanks Karleen. Jeanette, I would never have remembered this name accurately Thank you. You are so lucky to have all those species in your garden, gorgeous flowers. This one seems to flower on and off throughout the year, only stopping for the frosts!
