A great sketch Carole - full of a variety of shapes, nooks and crannies.

Excellent sketch Carole.

Thank you Carole and Denise, it’s a very interesting place.

I'm always drawn to nooks and crannies - rather foolishly, I've been wasting time watching Bigfoot/Sasquatch videos on YouTube, at least 98% of which are fairly obviously faked; but then there's that 2% .... and intriguing hidey-holes in certain forests. This is just the sort of place I can imagine one to be lurking; and leaving all that aside, it's an evocative drawing anyway, and well handled.

Superb sketch

That is quite magical, Carole!!

Love these kind of places and well drawn Carole

Great sketching Carole.

Thanks so much. There’s a lot of caves of course around Derbyshire. Along this walk there are massive gouges in the limestone you can walk into, very beautiful.

Good I to recall other images you posted around this walk Carole.

Fascinating subject Carole well drawn.

Nicely done indeed.

Super pencil work. like it !!

A great sketch Carole.

Love subjects like this Carole and Derbyshire is the perfect place to find them. I like all the different pencil marks you’ve made the drawing up from…..lurrrvly. The village I come from has lots of limestone caves and gullies….great for exploring when I was a kid!

Really interesting sketch Carole.

Thank you all for your interesting comments. Yes Fiona, all limestone around here, one of mtpy favourite places is Castleton, the walks are so scenic.

Full of energy. Love this

Good sketching Carole!

Pencil sketch from photo I took on a walk, I think it was the Milldale route to Dovedale.
