Beautiful watercolour, but not sure about the gold leaf. Does not seem to quite work, But the effect may have suffered with the photography I wonder.

Stunning doesn't even begin to describe this piece, Carole! I love the textures, the wonderful merging of the washes, and I imagine the gold leaf looks much better in the actual piece. It's fabulous!
