Absolutely gorgeous, Carole. I like the way that the grey, background leaves contrast with the beautiful colours of the main subject giving depth to the picture. Very well done, (and thanks for your Christmas greetings!).

This is gorgeous. I have been trying hard to do flowers and leaves as well as you do, but have failed so far. You have the knack of just saying enough and putting the colour and detail where it is needed. Super painting.

Wow, Carole! You don't post as often as I'd like to see you do, but when you do, it's always a knockout! I love this - it's elegant, very well composed and the washes are beautiful.
