Last Autumn I came out of an exhibition at the delightful Mall Galleries to see this lovely peaceful scene, just a few minutes from the throngs in Trafalgar square. My photos weren't quite what I wanted, but after a visit last week I was able to take another photo from a better angle and use both photos to produce this painting.
About the Artist
Fiona Rossington
After a career teaching Science, I am now retired and have time to enjoy a local Art class. I find pastel suits my style but I also enjoy trying to use water colours to good effect. I love painting flowers but also enjoy buildings, which so far I have painted from photos I have taken.
