The problem with landscape or seascapes arts seem to leave out birds when the environment is always populated with them. So this is a real treat, and plenty of birds.

The gulls and crows were just hanging in the wind from the sea; I suppose they were keeping watch for food, but it looked like they were enjoying themselves, floating in the air above the foaming sea. Pen and wash, 8x12" This painting won the January 21 Artist Magazine 90th Anniversary Competition.
