This is a scratchboard etching of my mother's basket. She had it in her house on the farm to store various things. Once I had it in my house it has had several functions from confetti carrier at weddings to "decor" for when my kids played "house". This was a labour of love to accurately depict all the weaves, shadows and rolled handles.
