Like it Ellen 🙂

The Prosecco cork has worked wonders!

Very intriguing composition -- trying to work out if I see two bars on the right or an occluded block

Thank you Stephen, Heather and Martin for your appreciation. I do save various items to paint with, as well as corks I’ve got parcel packaging and bubble wrap.

Wonderful Ellen.

Sums the weather up nicely Ellen.

You’re not kidding Ellen! I’ve packed the T-shirts away and out with the woolly, pulleys again. I treated myself to a new sun chair a month ago, have sat in it yet. Love the directional marks …perhaps the wind directions, the blobs for the rain…..yes I can see a lot of precipitation there!

Thank you for your appreciation, Denise, Spencer, Carole, Fiona and Coral. We had a thunderstorm last Saturday evening and it was tropical, coming down in sheets, it lasted almost an hour, the guttering couldn’t take it. Lucky for us we live on a hill, but parts of the local area had flash floods. I think the weather forecasters are struggling forecasting at the moment! Climate change is moving rapidly, the planet isn’t happy!

"I think the weather forecasters are struggling at the moment!" Nothing has changed there. You've got the struggle on trend with your rendition of the weather via your painting, Ellen. Its all based on the chaos theory. Nice work.

Thank you for your appreciation, Carol.

We’re certainly having strange weather at the moment! Painted in acrylics on paper, part monotype, brush and a Prosecco cork!
