Charcoal and Chalk drawing on 3 ply board. A typical day in the life of an African child trying to get to school and encountering an elephant on the way. Normally both the elephant and the child would not meet but as both the encroacher and the encroached have no where else to go they are but bound to cross paths. Often the outcome is not as fortunate as Friday. Africa continues to need help with conservation. The reason for this painting.
