I like that. Oddly, it seems as much drawn as painted, but the technique works very well.

I was about to say how you have used the oil is very interesting and Amanda got there first. It looks a little like pen and ink. It is very effective and ceertainly show the scene that is typical. that relief at at getting there and then thinking, now for the descent and that cup of tea or somethingelse when we get back down!

Like this composition, and your figures are well painted

I thought it was a pen & wash at first glance, interesting use of oil and I like the subject and composition very much.
