Wallaby sketches

Great sketches Eddy. Captured movement and character very well. know from experience that sketching animals is a real challange but great fun. Like your other sketches too. Great use of shading. I often use pen overlayed with watercolour for my fast sketches of birds and seals. Stops me from rubbing it out and getting too caught up with detail.

love all your sketches, its such a lovely occupation. I'd have to go to Chester Zoo to get any animals from life and that costs an arm and a leg I do quite a lot of pen & ink work but itt's mostly buildings and landscape. You asked if one of my paintings was of Caldy . Yes- its of the Reading Room tho I don't really know why it was called that. I am a member of Irby Artists so I know Irby quite well. We meet in St. Chad's Hall in Roslin Rd and work outdoor during the summer. Next Monday we're at Hadlow Road Statioin in Willaston.
