Sold...........Oil On Canvas, 61 x 122cm, 2013...... Sold, The viewpoint of this painting is from Devils Point looking out towards Drakes Island with Plymouth Sound in the mid - ground and a rain squall tracking in from the left of the image. Born in Southampton in 1958 and graduated with a BA (Hons) Fine Art degree at Plymouth University (Exeter Campus) in 1997, gaining the Bridget McCrum award. He has been a full-time artist for 7 years and became an associate academician of the South West Academy in 2012. He has been shortlisted for both major painting and photography prizes. Eddie exhibits his work regularly and was recently selected to exhibit alongside a small group of artists in Plymouth as part of the city's bid for City of Culture . He is currently exhibiting his painting 'Blue Door' at the Royal West Of England Academy Annual exhibition at Clifton Bristol. ....www.eddiefordham.com
