You've captured Lucky's noble bearing beautifully, Dympna, as well as the calm and affectionate disposition of the breed. Love the palette and the composition too.

Oil on canvas 56cm x 76cm. Another painting I completed awhile ago. Lucky is my sons golden Labrador. Lucky has a loving and gentle nature, a truly beautiful dog. His painting is hanging in the reception area of my sons boarding kennel. Now that everyone can go on holidays again, his kennel is very busy.
