Some great additions to your portfolio Dennis. As someone else mentioned elsewhere, it does seem to mark a change of style - and no worse for that. I like this one for it's apparent simplicity. Theres a lovely sheen on the bowl, and a nice reflected light from the lemons. Less is more (so they tell me).

Like Robert I don't really go for still life, but this really grabbed my eyes as I flicked throiugh the gallery. Great image.

Just catching up with all the paintings I have recently missed and I really like all your still life paintings. This is a particularly attractive composition and you have really caught the 'china' feel of the plate and the shiny gloss surface of the yolks. Hope you do well in your exhibition.
