Flower, Gramps? (Better quality image)

Excellent portrait almost a photograph Bob.

You have captured a lovely gesture, your granddaughter offering the flower. The coat and hat are so well painted and I love the expression on her face and the hand is incredibly good Bob.

Thanks very much, Carole and Chris. I used my own photo reference to paint this, hence the perspective, but I just loved the intent on her face.

Superb and not an easy angle to paint, works very well.

Lovely softness to this Bob, which is as it should be when painting children. The outstretched hand, a difficult one to pull off, gives great perspective. What did she think?
