This is our Victorian Gardens in the City Centre, soon to be changed as part of a regeneration programme. This is only part of these lovely gardens. I took the original photo in 2013 during our Tartan Day celebrations. I have painted it in acrylics on paper with some ink added. I would have liked to have made a better job of it but the paper, made for the paint I was using, was awful to work on. As it is quite complicated, I didn't feel like doing it all over again but it would have been better on canvas. At the same time, I enjoyed doing a painting of something I have loved most of my life. Acrylics on Acrylic paper 12 x 16 inch with some ink added.
