I agree, the sky is an excellent backdrop to the landscape Stevan. It ties in nicely with the flow of the hills…..like it!

I've used this building, or variations of it, in a number of paintings and always enjoy painting it. The culvert running from beneath the building gives me the opportunity to lead the eye and I love abstracting the foreground. I'm particularly pleased with the sweep in the sky in this version.
