Very good. Can you give a bit more info about how you have done this?

@Diane Boswell I used Artrage wich is quite good in simulating Oil paints. Mostly used the knife as a tool. The color palette is taken from a Black and white movie. The fire is done on a separate layer on top of the gray backdrop. It shows when you closely lock at the Black to color gradient the black dose not melt with the background as it was painted atop the flames to give the fire a more ragged lock and give the illusion off movement. Sadly the flame direction is not in sync with the arm that is holding/swinging the bottle.
