It's a very good painting Diane. I love the very small splashes of light in th far distance. Like you I found the heat quite distressing, glad of a little respite.

Due to chronic health issues, I have felt quite disabled by the heatwave. Thank goodness it's cooler now and hopefully I can paint this coming week. This was a work in progress from 9th May but I think I quite like it as it is. Acrylic on canvas board 40x30cm.
