'Scotland - where else' with a little more work

I like the sky in this. Lovely vibrant colours.

You would if you added much more; the way to compensate for that would be to add a few more highlights to the stones in the foreground - those on the right bottom: that would help to throw the building back a little bit, and you could then adjust both stones and building until you were happy with the balance.
