Superb Dermot masterwork

This is a nice one, Dermot. The flowers have a glow about them, and a delicacy. It's a lovely painting for any wall.......they look a little like Japanese Anemone......are they?

The center of the flowers glow beautifully Dermot and the understated background makes the flowers the star of the piece.

Beautiful work here Dermot...White flowers are the hardest to depict in an intertesting way and you have achieved that in spades...love that glow that seems to emanate from the centre.

Flowers are great subjects to paint I think because of the marvellous shapes and the beautiful colours , this was mainly wet in wet and the detail kept to a minimum
