It is indeed a very versatile medium to work with, I enjoy it also, and it looks as though you enjoyed painting this lovely pond scene, very well controlled Dermot, tremendous palette.

Beautiful rendering of the water Dermont, and lovely composition. Dublin always reminds me of my Grandmother as she was born there.

A second posting today as a friend asked me would I post up a sample of one of my gouache paintings , this was painted in Dublins St Stephens green ; gouache is an excellent medium as it dries so quickly and its pretty vibrant as well
