Good use of quarter of an hour Dermot, no time to fiddle and this has that fresh watercolour feel to it. I can feel JFW's influence too.

Been interesting seeing you trying your hand at different subjects and styles, and I might add all with an accomplished air to them. This is no different, a fine fresh quick painting.

Great fun painting something like this 15 minutes three colours and jump in putting strong colour down and leave it alone .... This is based on a James Fletcher Watson subject from an book I bought many years ago ...... Getting back to more serious work next week have had a blast trying different approaches in the last week
