Well done Derek. Like Michael, I look forward to seeing this completed. (One day I will try Oils, but the smell bothers me so much that until there is NO smell at all, it is no good for me, unfortunately.)

It is finished! Thanks Michael and Jennifer. If it's the turps, spirits that bother you Jennifer, there is an orange odour thinners which is nice. Did have some, but all gone and can't remember the name.

Started this some days back before the art club hiatus. That's a week ago and need to get back in the zone. Random gesso on smooth side of hardboard, then a study from an oil from life attached. Acrylic paint, took any colours on palette and inks, plus a loose ink drawing. Pastels added here and there. 23 x 25cms
