Thanks Gudrun. Ellen please try it and don't worry about results. Is there anything I can help you with though? As for sketching figures, a life class is an excellent way and good practice but also when you are sketching, draw the shapes you see, not what you think or know what is in front of you. That's the same with drawing many things not just figures.

Still using copy paper but deciding a dry approach would work better. There are two sections of the eating house at these gardens, I think you can take dogs into one as shown on the pencil drawring here. When I was in, there were 5 dogs - many yapping and barking - nightmare! Great people watching and sketching place though.
