That is what is great about sketch books. You can re visit them and have great memories and lovely source material to work from. In this instance I think I prefer your original sketch. That often happens to me as well Derek. The original is often the liveliest and freshest.

That's a great sketch Derek it's full of life , the painting is very good also but that sketch is joy to look at

My 8yr old GD's piece yesterday using my acrylic, brushes and easel. Going away to Somerset tomorrow in the caravan, be away for a week. Have fun.
