Cliff down to a "T" Denis, great work despite the top of the guitar looking like a balloon!

Thanks for this Frank - Good spot re the balloon, "Congratulations". Mrs S also pointed it out to me as soon as I finished the painting, mind you she didn't get Cliff, she was (and still is) more a "Stones" fan so I ignored her! Later I referred back to the source picture to check and there it was - a b balloon. The bottom greyish curved band is supposed to give some "depth" to the guitar body, but I have to agree it seems to just inflate it, and the little T doesn't help either as it looks like a mouthpiece. "Poor me" as Adam Faith once said! I feel really let down now.

You shouldn't feel let down Denis, this is a super work - I can just hear "Theme for a dream" coming out of Cliff's mouth right now.

Frank, "Nine Times out of Ten" I would have got it right and I certainly will "The Next Time" even if I have to paint " 99 Red Balloons" before I see a "Guitar, Man". Seriously Frank or maybe not it's great to have your comments and a bit of fun, thats what painting is all about!
