Street Scene revisited

I really enjoy the marks you make Dennis. Wish you happiness in your new home.

A marvellous depiction of a dull wintery day Dennis. The palette of greys gives it that overcast and heavy clouded atmosphere......love the strategically placed spots of colour. Hope you are very happy in your new home, I would be quite happy being surrounded by your paintings Dennis.

Many thanks John first time I could face seeing my progress and there definitely is some. But there are no shortcuts and just wish I could do more but that's the tragedy.you are so kind Fiona and it's not as bad as I thought it would be

Great perspective and design. Love the lack of fussy detail Dennis. Is this in oils?

Hi Carole it is in oil pastel and watercolor you are always do kind and I have to admit I'm on the rum tonight been a hard day's painting and revisiting but I am the Captain and it is Christmas

Right on my wavelength Dennis, wonderful powerful work.

Excellent idea to revisit paintings. It is always good to look at things with fresh eyes. Really works well.

I like your mark making and tones Dennis, and again your use of colour and abstraction.

You'll have a lovely "gallery" Dennis.

Superb work Dennis, typical of the darkening days.

And they are singing again for this beauty.

Many thanks Tessa I'm trying to like it Marjorie and Carole and Dennis
