lovely balance of lights and darks Dennis delightful composition David Harrison

Like David says, lovely balance of lights and darks and I especially like your trees in this Dennis.

Really good work Dennis, loose but realistic too.

Many thanks Val John and Stephen. Moreton in Marsh. Given away a secret

Super painting Dennis. Hat's off to you.

Lovely painting Dennis, I love your more 'realistic' style.

Nice peaceful village scene.

Many thanks Peter Carole Russell and Janet

You've managed to makea simple subject look so spectacular with that glowing light. Diana

Impressive Impressionism Dennis. Theoretically I learn from your style and hope to attempt the practical soon.

Woo, dennis this is lovely. Love the lighting. A fellow artist asked me the other day, why your work has so many posts. I was quit puzzled by this, and replied simply - 'Because his work is spontaneous, it seems to be a natural impulse rather than having any formal planning' all I had as a reply was' Oh! Would I be right in assuming this, dennis.

CA has said it all for me. Your work is always superb Dennis.

Love the crisp but simple dark tree behind the building Dennis, the vagueness of the other washes make this stand out.

Another wonderful painting Dennis, congratulations.

Many thanks Michael it's all there CA yes correct at the moment paper is relatively cheap Sarah Fiona your's inspired the tree and David

Everything about this is great. I am particularly impressed by how you have achieved the varying light.

Stunning work dennis

Lovely art, thanks for sharing your secret

Lovely scene Dennis. Have you ever mapped out roughly before you paint? I bet you never do.

Now this I do like - great interpretation Dennis

Wonderful Dennis, you become more and more figurative and I like much your new style. Great painting.

Many thanks Gudrun Jenny I am a bit too lazy at the moment Marjorie Michael and Cesare

Truly beautiful Dennis love everything about it .

That's lovely Dennis reminds of Edward Wessons lovely loose way of painting

Many thanks Dennis and Dermot

Brilliant Dennis!

I don't know how I missed this Dennis, I normally try to keep up. Another effective rendering of what seems a simple scene, but when given your use of light, colour and apparent spontaneous use of brush strokes to get that loose effect ( which I am sure it is not) you always give your paintings a little bit of magic, nice one.

Many thanks Tanusree and Malcolm you deserve a medal

Excellent work, fresh and vibrant. Nicely done, Dennis!

Many thanks Seok you are too kind
