Where is this? I have Cumbrian roots and this painting is the very image I love about the place. Those beautiful sombre grey fells with the bits of white and slate of the cottages .. Wondeful Diana

Love the soft colours and atmosphere, Dennis, and the way you layer the colours in your paintings - it adds a lot of interest and almost another dimension to them.
