What did you paint this on Dennis? It looks like corrugated paper, whatever you've used it certainly works well!

Once again, I love the texture. It reminds me of looking through one of those old fashioned glazed doors (my parents' home had them) where the image beyond it is slightly abstracted and the colours are what draws the eye. A really nice technique.
