This is wonderful Dennis, I like much the loose washes and the limited palette.

This is a gorgeous painting, I like the solidity of the statue against the lovely light background and beautifully painted hazy trees. Your work has a really attractive style.

Thanks so much Cesare and Rachel

I love the background It reAlly emphasises that wonderful loose figure. Colours are perfect <br />Diana

Magnificent original study, Dennis.

Many thanks Diana Alan and Gudrun

I love your technique Dennis its very evident in this beauty

This is a special one, Dennis. The colours you have used on the statue are a clever combination with the subtlety of the foliage colour behind it. Really lovely.

Many thanks Dennis Ann Russell and Stephen

Wonderful juicy washes Dennis, great palette too.

Excellent work, Dennis. I love how the use of shapes and washes leaves the image to the viewer&#39;s imagination. This is really a case of less is more.

Bravo Dennis, so well done. Difficult subject to capture without getting lost in detail, you&#39;ve pulled it off a treat.

Many thanks Fiona Carole Seok and Sharon

Love the colour palette in this one, Dennis (and the lion looks like it&#39;s got a wicked glint in its eye, but maybe that&#39;s just my imagination!)

Love this one, Dennis. Great colours again. Lovely!

Many thanks Jennifer and Jenny it just might have

Really like the way you&#39;ve let the washes flow to almost create the form. Lovely work Dennis.

This has an air of mystery to it Dennis - nice work.

Fantastic Dennis, love that style.

Many thanks Andre Frank and Val
