Many thanks Maria when my dad died he left me his few pastels and I hope to do one he would have been proud of. He was a red devil paratrooper in the war and he talked me out of joining the army thank god. I will dig out my first pastel portrait of him and post it

Nice one Dennis, love the colours, I know both Langdales very well having led many groups up there as well as spent great times on my own, I assume this is Great Langdale and they are the Pikes on the skyline , I really like the blending of colours you have really done it justice, nice one.
