It all been said about the atmosphere, colours and light. Gorgeous.

Lovely range of tones in this super work Dennis. I took some photos earlier in a nearby park in bright sunlight. Looking at them later, I decided I would struggle with the great differences in tone but I think I could could study your painting as a guide.

What a stunner! Those trees are so well done, and the small splash of colour in the rhododendrons just perfect.

You have created a great feeling of light Dennis, I particularly like the foreground shadow area.

And they say greens are hard to get right. Spot on.
