It looks real enough to me, Dennis. This has great depth and your use of aerial perspective is wonderful. Then there's the very realistic men and dog on the brow of the hill and track, passing through an opening in the totally believable hedgerow, wandering in and out of shadow. There posture and movement is great, and the tree is so good I forgot it was there. Very economically painted and truly beautiful in its story telling. Brian

A lovely invention Dennis. Great light on the foreground. I do like that one of the pals is a little dog.

Like your sunlit grass and your backlit tree and of course the figures and dog.

Hello Dennis. I’m not too hot on composition so am looking at your work to try and see why it always works so well. Your figures are in a great position in that gap yet the sunlit area works brilliantly too. So striking

Like everything about this one, Dennis, The figures are so relaxed in their movement and brought into focus by the use of the shadow coming in from the right. Nicely done.
